Chaya and I want to welcome you to Let’s Do Brunch, the recipe exchange for breakfast, lunch and brunch recipes, and also to thank you for joining us. We always enjoy visiting the recipes that are linked up each week, and often discover new blogs and make new friends as we go. There is a wonderful blogging community out there and we are so grateful to be a part of it.
Thank you to everyone who contributed last week. There were some wonderful recipes. Chaya has shared two of her favourites over at her lovely blog My Sweet and Savory. As for me, I do find there are so many lovely recipes to choose from each week that favourites can be very hard to pick! This week I particularly enjoyed the cute little Breakfast Egg and Toast Cups at My Tiny Skillet. Delicious and nutritious, these tasty treats also contain spinach and cheese, and are really easy to put together. You can even use frozen spinach.

I also really liked the wholesome and seriously yummy Cinnamon Streusel Muffins at Happy in Dole Valley.

Lisa and her daughter AnnaLynn have been featuring a different muffin recipe every Monday nearly a whole year now, and this is one of my favourites. Delicious wholesome whole wheat muffins topped with a scrumptious cinnamon streusel topping - yum! After this year’s 52 weeks 52 muffins project (there are 9 more muffin recipes to come) Lisa and AnnaLynn are thinking what their project might be for next year. I can’t wait to see what they choose!
