Dr Oetker Baking Trends Showcase 2012

Yesterday I attended the Dr Oetker Baking 2012 Trend Showcase in London to preview some of the key trends that will take home bakers through the next twelve months. We enjoyed demonstrations, some very colourful and tasty treats, and an excellent panel discussion by industry experts.
